Yes. Samples are available for quality evaluation before a bulk order. Sample and freight costs depend on the product and may be discussed against a future production order.

In-stock items usually ship within 7 days. Production orders typically require 15–35 days depending on quantity, product availability and customization.

T/T, L/C and other common international trade terms are negotiable. We will confirm the most suitable arrangement in the quotation for your order.

Private label adds your branding to an existing motorcycle tool. OEM adjusts agreed specifications, details or packaging. ODM is a deeper development project based on a concept, drawing, sample or modified motorcycle application.

Yes. When sampling is required, the sample or prototype is reviewed before final confirmation. Comments on function, dimensions, finish, branding and packaging can be consolidated for revision before production.

We arrange express delivery, air freight, sea freight and other agreed logistics solutions. The recommended method depends on shipment size, destination, urgency and budget.

Samples, spare parts and urgent small orders are commonly sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS with door-to-door tracking. Typical transit time is about 3–7 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Yes. Sea freight is normally the most economical choice for larger production orders. We can coordinate with your nominated forwarder or discuss a suitable freight arrangement for the destination port.

Products are checked, packed in suitable inner packaging and placed in export cartons with the required markings. Custom boxes, inserts, labels, barcodes and carton marks can be arranged for qualifying orders.

Yes. Available tracking details and standard shipping documents are shared after dispatch. Document requirements should be confirmed before shipment so they can be prepared correctly.
