Product Description
The NC-6076 feeler gauge range is designed for checking motorcycle engine valve clearances, spark plug gaps and other precision gaps. Stainless steel blades are arranged in folding sets, allowing the required thickness to be selected during inspection and adjustment.
Choose from 20-blade and 25-blade metric sets, a 32-blade metric/SAE set, or a 16-blade offset gauge. Blade count, measurement range, blade length and measuring system vary by configuration. The offset design provides an angled approach for measurement points where a straight gauge is difficult to position.
Suitable for motorcycle and ATV maintenance as well as general engine workshop work. For importers, distributors, wholesalers and tool brands, NACHEE can discuss OEM/ODM branding and packaging based on the selected configuration and order quantity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a motorcycle feeler gauge used for?
A feeler gauge measures small clearances during engine inspection and maintenance, including valve clearances, spark plug gaps and other precision gaps. The selected blade is placed between the surfaces to check the gap.
How do the four NC-6076 configurations differ?
They differ in blade count, measurement range, measuring system and blade design. The range includes 20- and 25-blade metric sets, a 32-blade metric/SAE set, and a 16-blade offset gauge. Check the configuration details against the clearance you need to measure.
When should I choose the offset feeler gauge?
The 16-blade offset version has an angled blade arrangement for measurement points where a straight feeler gauge may be difficult to position. Confirm the required range and access angle for your application.
Can NACHEE supply these feeler gauges with private-label branding or customized packaging?
NACHEE can discuss OEM/ODM requirements for B2B orders, including private-label branding and packaging. Share the required blade configuration, target market and estimated order quantity for review.
